    I’ve been using this bench for a few weeks now for everything from incline bench press to seated shoulder presses. The 8 backrest positions are smooth to adjust and lock securely. The frame is rock solid – I never worry about stability, even when pushing heavy weight. It feels like commercial-grade equipment without the commercial-grade price.

    Takes up bery small space and easy moving.It will be better if it’s foldable.But all in all, it worths the price.

    It was my fault to worngly bought this model rather than the HR-609,I thought there will be the leg curl part for this one,too,but it doesn’t.But after reaching out to harison team,they send me a HR-609 instead and send back the current one,outstaning service!

Secondly, the workmanship is excellent and the materials are sufficient. Some weights are really a bit heavy for one person to carry. There is no strange smell of chemical components
