RETURN POLICY

Giving you 100% satisfaction with your purchase is our priority. We understand sometimes the items might not be what you expected, No worries! Should you be unhappy with any part of your order, we encourage you to contact us immediately. Please read the return policy below. 

If you are not satisfied with the purchase of your new equipment, you can request a return within 30 days of your delivery date. Due to the size and weight of our products, HARISON doesn’t offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges. Returns will include a return shipping charge which the customer would need to cover. And 30% of the refund amount would charge as the original shipping cost of the item which would deductive from the total refund amount.

Returning your product may incur additional charges for ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use, incorrect assembly, or accidents. If your equipment is missing parts when the return is received, you may be charged a 10% restocking fee. HARISON reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned product and either grant or deny a refund.

DAMAGED, WRONG, OR MISSING ITEMS

If you receive any defective or incorrect items, please email support@harisonfitness.com  include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Video or photo of the product 
  • Complete address

 

REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME

You will be notified via the email address associated with your order within 24 business hours of your return’s arrival at our Online Division. It can take up to two weeks to fully process your return and reimbursement. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, and it would be processed within 2 working days. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
