I was a “doubter” that an inversion table would work, but I was pleasantly surprised after mounting it the first time. There’s much info on the ‘net for proper and safe usage, and I recommend you go there for guidance.This particular model was indeed “heavy duty”; so much to the point that – paradoxically – you’ll probably need a younger lad or lass to help you set it up if you’re “along in years” and arthritis is your constant “roommate.”One “caveat” in using the table is during mount/dismount; I think a 2 ft. stool should be used to assist in that process — at least until you regain some agility.

I owned a teeter FitSpine x2 and returned it. I am slim 5″10 and 145 lbs. On the teeter It was painful against the table when inverted because it didn’t have any cushioning even though just for 15 seconds or so. The ankle support had noticeable pain to use too. When I got on this Harison inversion table the first thing I notice was the table was much more comfortable to use and the ankle support was softer and offered more cushioning. I like the looks of this frame better than the teeter A frame design. The Teeter table was high quality too as for the part where the bed attached to the left and right post of the frame. the Harrison also has some locking pegs if you want to use or not to assign a specific inverted angle to put at stops. the teeter did not have this feature. overall I would buy this table over the teeter for the comfort and looks of not having an A frame design look. another point of ergonomics is how the area below the ankle/foot atachement allows more space to step into when mounting yourself on the inverter table. the harrison is more open and the teeter is more congested which can be awkward as for me that I wear large size 11 mens shoes. I am very happy with this machine and could not find a single thing bad about it. The teeter wins hands down with easy of assembly. however since you only do this once and the Harrison may take a bit longer than teeter to assemble it is not relevant to consider this task of assembly worthy of deciding which to buy overall. The Harrison assembly direction is in small print but label of all the fastener where they go are top notch and well instructed. I cannot find anything I dislike about Harrison table but I did find I did not like the teeter for the hard table surface and the ankle support was more painful for me.

I’m a bigger guy (6’3, 250lbs), and this thing is built well. In fact, this is the best fabrication and build quality I’ve seen out of China. Box arrived in good shape, and the instructions were easy enough. Took about an hour to assemble with the tools provides. I’m now using this 2 times a day for about 5 minutes each to alleviate compression and sciatica issues in my left leg. The table itself is very comfortable and filled with gel, highly recommended!

This is a very well constructed unit, the foot clamping mechanism could use an overhaul though, very painful but otherwise I’m 6’6” and 325 lbs and this unit is built for much larger than me.

This product is of high quality and very, very easy to assemble. The assembly was made easy because everything was marked clearly. Not one problem during assembly and all parts were intact. I used it the first time and forgot to screw the pin all the way in so I was totally inverted. Make sure you have someone with you the first time in case you can’t get back up. I was able to get back up without a problem. I felt the pressure off my lower back after first use and I have a severe sciatica problem. I’m very happy with my investment.Thank you

Go get a toolbox before you start. There are a couple of tools included with this product, but it will take you days to assemble with them. Grab a ratchet set and make easy work of it. Once assembled, table is strong, sturdy and comfortable.

I like the response it has when we are not use to hanging backwards (not even close to upside down yet LOL). Just moving you arm back to your side and your moving back to your standing position. Your body weight does make a difference as to how this works. I’m 5’11’ but only 150. I has to set the height to 6’2” for it to respond properly. Well worth the cost!!

I’ve had this table for about a month now and have used it every single day. Is very strong and supportive for my weight and size which is 6 foot 200 pounds. The table itself is very comfortable when you lay on it. It’s very easy to operate with your hands. The locking device is very strong and secure and comfortable. It’s easy to adjust for different heights of people that use it. It came very well packaged. All the parts were included. They also included tools for putting it together which was a nice touch. Instructions were great and easy to read and follow. I like the fact that it’s heavy and not easy to move because it makes it a better stable base when you’re on it. This is not some rickety fold up cheap wannabe inversion table. I would definitely order this table again if I had to.

I like that this offers a full 180 degree inversion. I wasn’t able to use that full inversion at first, it took a couple weeks to work up to it but now I don’t use the pin to set the degree anymore so I’m glad I got a device that was capable of 180. I do find the ankle cuffs really not comfortable so what I do is use a hand towel over each leg to make it easier to deal with.

I love this table. I was very skeptical that I would be able to use one because I tried one in a store years ago, flipped myself over way too quickly, and became very queasy. I’ve had no issues with this one, but I also invert and stand up more slowly. It really lets me take the pressure off my back, which is helpful since I have a desk job.

First of let me start off I’m a 290lb guy 5’9. Needed something cause am on my feet everyday and for most of the day. Was concerned about the sturdiness and weight limit so I sent an email and received a reply from Sarah from Harison whom promptly replied back. She made me comfortable with considering the table especially about the weight limit and sturdiness that got me to buy it. She’s been very considerate and has sent follow up emails. I put it together the day I received it and it was all simple instructions labeled and play by numbers. Tried it that evening and felt the efficiency from the inversion table from the first time and felt the sturdiness. Was a little wary at first just because I know I’m a big guy But to much ado it felt great , comfortable , and felt no instability but most of all feel the difference in my body from the decompressing that’s caused by life’s daily compression. Been using it often daily and still perfect and even makes me comfortable each time I use it and am comfortable doing the inversion by myself. ( had my wife around in case I had trouble or got stuck for the first few times needed help cause it felt weird or odd position to be in) but since then am very comfortable and highly recommend it and for the big guys no worries. Very sturdy and have had no issues and easy to use. So thank you Sarah and thank you Harison.

Had a some lower back and hip discomfort that would always come back after a visit to a chiropractor. After the first use (30 seconds) I did not feel any of that dull pain at work. I use it every morning before work and before I go to bed. It’s been an excellent investment.

I am in my 60’s and not excited about crashing on my head or any other place, this was very stable and I feel totally comfortable on it. I have a mid back problem and it is helping to stretch out before sleep. I would recommend this product

From the beginning of receiving the package from UPS, the box was partially damaged but the inside was packaged very well. The instructions are easy to read and easy to assembled. To assemble the product, you need to be patience. There are so many parts to assemble and 3 hours later, the finale was well worth to see how the products were being assembled. Love the sturdiness. My concerns from the beginning was the sturdiness due to my husband who is a very big man and needs to make sure the product allow to hold his weight capacity. I was very grateful how much he was able to use it 2x a week. This really helps him to relieve his back pain… Thank you for creating this product…❤️👏🤗

Doesn’t say anything about the strap. It’s to small for the shoulders. Great for back pain. I was hoping to do set ups in the halfway point. Doesn’t work that way. I’m 6″4 and 345lbs . It feels sturdy enough for me. The tag on the unit reads 300lbs max. But it works.

The inversion table is smooth and easy to use. Setup was super easy as the steps in the instruction manual coincides with the bolts needed for that step. Best of all, the tools needed are supplied for you. This is a well built machine that will stand rigorous use. You will have to play with the ankle locks as they may hurt at first but once you find your sweet spot, the pressure is much less noticable.

Disliked the packaging. They tried but failed. Product survived the shipping and poor packaging design. Ordered this model after visiting Dicks and looking at four models on the floor.Am really impressed with the design and quality construction. Took me three hours to assemble using the two Allen wrenches and open end wrench included in the shipment. Instructions are excellent 6 step. Drawings could be a bit better, but are adequate. The device is of the quality found in gyms. Clearly no danger that it will break under use. More position adjustments might be helpful, This is my first use of a inversion table and I am using it on the lowest setting of 20 because that is where I feel most I find it a challenge to move around, but once moved from my assembly area I don’t anticipating moving it around.Not something you can fold up against the wall.Use at least six times each day with fantastic results. First thing in the morning, last thing every evening. Five minutes each time before leaving the house and again when I return. Such improvement in my pinched nerve that I am now able to walk .8 miles in the evening before supper. Such improvement that I am no longer taking physical therapy twice a week.Living again!

So I’ve always been one of those that believe you get what you pay for. I was about to push the button on another brand that starts with a T and ends with a R. I bought this one honestly because it has a 350 lb weight limit and I’m a big guy. Anyway, I ordered it. It arrived and I put it together. The other brands warn against competitors being difficult to assemble but having normal tools I was able to completely assemble in less than 30 minutes. Very easy instructions and the bolts etc are in a blister pack that make it virtually idiot proof.I have sciatic in my right leg and it sometimes affects my hands. My back kills me after a 30 minute walk. This inversion table fixes that in the lowest position (20 degrees) in just a couple of minutes. If I stick with it and do it a couple times a day for just a minute or so I feel so normal. Well worth the 320 bucks IMO. I’m glad I saved my money vs the other brand because at the end of the day all you need is a little incline. Save your money… buy this one. It looks good, it’s super sturdy and I’m going to buy another one for our other home.

This unit was a little more expensive than other models, but is well worth the price different. There weren’t a lot of parts, but assembly was still confusing.Another reviewer commented on how heavy it is to move around, but I found it to be very manageable and very, very sturdy. You won’t have to worry about this unit failing you.The height adjustment will probably not match your actual height but, rather, be a function of your body mass distribution. My wife, for example, is 5-5, but her height adjustment on the machine is 5-8.I was a little concerned about the table comfort, but, with the dense memory foam, it is very comfortable and functional. The flat-ish surface makes it very comfortable to do spinal anti-compression exercises while inverted.Oddly, the instructions don’t address how to use the ankle restraints at all. So, you’re end up with one safety pin and nowhere to use it, according to the instructions. Actually, the shorter safety pin is used on the ankle restraint to keep it from accidentally releasing while inverted. However, once you’re mounted on the table, it’s difficult to reach the hole to insert the safety pin.Overall, this inversion table is excellent and I can’t find a single complaint. As with most inversion tables, it does a great job of spinal decompression, is comfortable and very easy to use.
